Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Our shipping is calculated by weight and shipping times varies from 2-5 business days via USPS. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee arrival times, all our shipping arrival dates are estimated.

We get this question more than we thought we would! In a nutshell our products are 99% all natural, using unrefined butters and oils along with oil pure therapeutic grade essential oils. that last 1% is because we use botanical based preservatives. We don't use the "F" word here. We do not use any Parabens or fragrance oils as they can be irritating to sensitive skin types. We only use pure therapeutic grade essential oils for all our products because only the highest quality oils can be absorbed safely into the skin and actually have a nutritional positive effect. We also do not use any colorants. All our products are made with herbs, fruits, vegetable plant powder or puree and all of our containers are BPA-free and recyclable.

We use all organic and unrefined Cocoa & Shea Butters. Some of those butters may still have sediment. It's rare but happens. Not to worry its not harmful.
